What we do

What we deliver and service.

COD Heating Oil Delivery

Same-day and next-day delivery of No. 2 home heating oil. A 50-gallon minimum applies, and the per-gallon price drops as the order size increases. No contract and no commitment to order again.

Emergency Delivery, 24/7

For homes that are out of oil and without heat. Call and a delivery is dispatched against the emergency schedule rather than the standard route. Restarting a dry system usually also needs a prime.

Bioheat Blend Fuel

A biodiesel and heating oil blend that burns cleaner than straight No. 2 oil and works in a standard oil burner with no equipment conversion.

HVAC Service and Installation

Annual tune-ups, diagnostics, repair, and full system installation for oil-fired heating equipment, carried out by licensed technicians.

The short version

What Cash-on-Delivery Actually Means

Most Long Island heating oil companies run on automatic delivery contracts. You sign an annual agreement, the company decides when to fill your tank, and you accept whatever the price is on the day the truck arrives. Cash on delivery inverts every part of that arrangement.

  • No contract and no service plan. There is nothing to sign and nothing to renew. Order once, or order eight times a season.
  • Your price is locked when you order. If the market price rises between your order and your delivery, you still pay the price quoted at the time you placed the order.
  • You choose the volume. Anything from the 50-gallon minimum up to a full tank fill.
  • You pay for delivered gallons. If fewer gallons fit than you ordered, the difference is credited back to your card within a few business days.
  • No fuel surcharge and no delivery fee on standard deliveries.

No heat right now?

Emergency Heating Oil Delivery

Running completely out of oil is different from running low. When a tank goes dry, air enters the fuel line and the burner cannot restart on its own even after oil is delivered. A technician has to bleed the air out of the line and re-ignite the burner, which is a separate service called a prime.

If you are out of oil and have no heat, call (855) 426-3645 right away. While you wait, keep doors and windows shut to hold the heat you have, turn the thermostat off so the burner stops trying to restart, and do not run the burner until a technician confirms the system is safe.

Beyond the fuel

HVAC Service for Oil-Fired Systems

An annual tune-up is the single highest-return maintenance item on an oil heating system. A clean, correctly adjusted burner uses measurably less fuel over a season, and most first-cold-day failures trace back to a system that was never serviced after the previous winter.

  • Annual burner tune-up, nozzle and filter replacement, and combustion testing
  • Diagnostics and repair for no-heat calls, short cycling, and burner lockouts
  • Full heating system replacement and installation
  • Priming and restart after a tank has run dry
