Can I get automatic delivery with COD?
Yes. We track your usage and the weather and schedule a delivery before you run low, exactly like a full-service company. The difference is the price, and that no contract holds you in place.
How do I pay for my COD oil?
By card, online, when you order. Nothing is collected at the door. Your price is locked the moment you order, so a market move before the truck arrives is ours to absorb, not yours.
- Do I have to be home?
- No, as long as the driver can reach your fill pipe. You get a text when it is done.
- What is the minimum order?
- 50 gallons, which is $292.45 today. The per-gallon price drops as the order gets bigger.
- How fast can I get oil?
- Same day on most morning orders, next day on the rest. Already out? Call rather than order online.
- Who services my system?
- We do. Tune-ups, repairs and 24/7 emergencies, available separately for $31 a month plus tax.
- What if I run out completely?
- Call us. No-heat calls are prioritized and the technician can restart the system when the oil lands.
- Is there a contract?
- No fuel contract, ever. No minimum season, no cancellation fee, no penalty for buying elsewhere.
