Good to know
- Enroll before a repairPlans can’t be added at the time of a repair.
- Book your tune-upSchedule between March 1 and September 30.
- Auto-renews yearlyCancel anytime. Refunds within 30 days, before your first visit.
Full plan terms
- Coverage starts the day you sign. Equipment must be in good working order, and pre-existing problems aren’t covered.
- Parts and related labor are warrantied for 30 days.
- A contaminated oil tank is covered for up to 3 service calls after we notify you.
- A diagnostic fee applies to calls caused by power failures, switches or thermostats left off, frozen lines or pipes, no access to equipment, or a boiler off more than 24 hours.
- Oil tanks and piping aren’t covered, and our liability is limited to the annual plan price.
- Repairs are paid when the work is done.
